Account Manager

We are looking for an individual who is curious, motivated and open-minded enough to embark on a different career adventure. This person will oversee and manage key projects on one of our largest accounts. A flexible approach and the ability to adapt to change is imperative. We are in need of someone who can be a true partner to the business, planning, production and creative teams, bring a fresh perspective to the team and help to develop revolutionary creative work.

Candidates with less experience will be considered for a Senior Account Executive position.

Responsibilities

  • Builds solid working relationships with the team, clients and working partners through understanding the client’s business and current industry trends

  • Communicate clearly and accurately with international markets – experience in cross-cultural delivery or globally collaborate teams

  • Able to independently lead and influence conversations with clients, stakeholders suppliers and partner agencies

  • Responsible for existing account growth and diversification metrics

  • Able to create, manage, and maintain a variety of project-related documents and programs

  • Assist with supplier sourcing and contract negotiation to deliver campaign activity

  • Ability to manage & handle multiple projects at any one time for multiple clients

  • Identify and drive new business opportunities through existing or new business relationships

  • Contribute to agency strategic planning initiatives

  • Address all operational issues to ensure smooth execution

  • Propose solutions and perspectives to problems

  • Demonstrate success in nurturing, growing and sustaining client relationships

  • Oversees team utilisation, finance & resource management issues

  • Assist with work stream related budget planning and predictions

  • Ensures flawless execution of all program elements across multi-channel programs offline and online

  • Prepare effective and succinct briefs internally and externally

  • Partner with Account Management and Creative leads to identify any resource needs

  • Consolidate presentation materials and support Account Management in preparing for client presentations (this may mean assembling a deck yourself)

  • Oversee projects workflow to ensure efficiency and the highest quality of deliverables

  • Learns to develop good judgment of ingenious brand building creative ideas

  • Keeps all teams involved, informed of relevant brand and competitive activities
