Responsibilities
Builds solid working relationships with the team, clients and working partners through understanding the client’s business and current industry trends
Communicate clearly and accurately with international markets – experience in cross-cultural delivery or globally collaborate teams
Able to independently lead and influence conversations with clients, stakeholders suppliers and partner agencies
Responsible for existing account growth and diversification metrics
Able to create, manage, and maintain a variety of project-related documents and programs
Assist with supplier sourcing and contract negotiation to deliver campaign activity
Ability to manage & handle multiple projects at any one time for multiple clients
Identify and drive new business opportunities through existing or new business relationships
Contribute to agency strategic planning initiatives
Address all operational issues to ensure smooth execution
Propose solutions and perspectives to problems
Demonstrate success in nurturing, growing and sustaining client relationships
Oversees team utilisation, finance & resource management issues
Assist with work stream related budget planning and predictions
Ensures flawless execution of all program elements across multi-channel programs offline and online
Prepare effective and succinct briefs internally and externally
Partner with Account Management and Creative leads to identify any resource needs
Consolidate presentation materials and support Account Management in preparing for client presentations (this may mean assembling a deck yourself)
Oversee projects workflow to ensure efficiency and the highest quality of deliverables
Learns to develop good judgment of ingenious brand building creative ideas
Keeps all teams involved, informed of relevant brand and competitive activities
